My father passed and let the small coin collection and one of these pennies was in an old paper flip uncirculated so I started doing my investigating and sure enough it is a 3/2 strike penny with the zinc that turned a wonderful baby blue tone

You're showing the underlying 1942 as being tilted counterclockwise at 1:26. That is incorrect as the underlying 1942 hubbing is rotated clockwise compared to the 1943 hubbing. The mark on the top of the 4 you are looking at is a contact mark not from an underlying 4 from the original date.

I have two complete sets of each penny from each mint one set is in zinc and the other set It's brown and they are in proof kits stating that they are war pennies in mint condition what could they be worth
