I usually just rest it on my knee if I'm out shooting, I've a pair of combats with padded knees just for that reason :) stances are bullshit, usually used by people who want to stand out. Knee shoot, rest elbows and shoot or be stronger and just hold the dam thing :)

Hello Kai I'd like to make a complaint about this misleading video. It appears you missed the fundamental basic of real photography. I didn't see you with a blue bucket hat and a photography vest with 5 massive cameras around your neck equipped with telephoto lenses and every other lens that's at least 10x20 inches big. For this reason I have to dislike this misinforming video.
