I want to make it wider. How many more pegs do I wrap to get it to where I want. Do I do it in multiples or just in odd numbers.
@Tuteate4 жыл бұрын
@@jennpreston8614 you'll need to add as many multiples of 3 as you want

@@jennpreston8614 hi! Yes, you do the same thing: use a smaller number of pegs, multiple of 3, and work less rows for length :)

I have used this stitch a lot...I love it . It's fun and turns out beautiful. Does anyone know how I could go all the way around so I can make a matching hat???🤔 Thank you.

I am just finding this video. Love it! But I was wondering if this could be made on a large gauge loom (the 5/8th gauge) and how much of a difference in size it would be? Or could I use a 6 weight yarn on the large gauge to make up the size difference? Thanks so much.

You only added one pocket? I would like to add two pockets. Can that be done! And a bit wider! I saw where you said it has to be in multiples of three pegs at a time! Is that correct? I love all your videos. You have taught me a lot over the years. Thank you so much! ❤️

How many yarn ball do we need?

Hi, I have a question: Where is the second pocket on the picture of the woman wearing the shawl? I believe it should show up on the woman's shoulder, at the external side of the shawl but I don't see it. Maybe the particular shawl has only one pocket sewed on it?
@Tuteate4 жыл бұрын
Hi Apostolis! Thank you for asking! Both pockets are sewed on it, but what you see in that picture is the "wrong side" of the shawl end on my shoulder. So, what I mean is that, when the pockets are sewed in the way I showed from minute 6:43 and on, the seam is not visible on the wrong side. Maybe these other pictures I posted on Instagram may help you see what I mean: instagram.com/p/CF72M2pBAXY/

OK I have a question to ask. You say to attach the tassels with the right way facing down. Now, I have to ask, how do I know which is Right? For me, there is a softer feeling side and a tougher facing side. So am I right to assume that I need the soft feeling side down? (I have all the parts finished, just doing final assembly)
@Tuteate4 жыл бұрын
Hi Jay! So glad to know you have all the parts finished!! You can decide which side is the right side for you, since both sides look great. Normally, the right side is the one you see at the outside of the loom when you are knitting. Maybe you will see which one was the right side for me next in the video, when I am attatching the pockets to it... BTW, I'd love to see your result!! Are you on Instagram? I'm @tuteate there :)
@Jayface21414 жыл бұрын
@@Tuteate ahh OK. I started adding tassels on what I consider the soft side down. Though then it comes to the pockets, I'll probably be adding them on the other side. And yeah I have Instagram, I'll post a picture of it and tag you in it when I finish it

I do have a question. If I were to do the shawl without the pockets, how much yarn would I need? Would a 400g (200 metre) chunky be enough?
@Tuteate4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I guess 400g could be enough 😊

I only have the long looms, not the round. Do you know if they are the same gauge and will work for this?
@Tuteate4 жыл бұрын
Hi Petra! Yes, long looms also work for this project (you'll see I will only work in flat panel in this video)
