I just got it from Michaels. It’s been so long I forgot the brand I’m so sorry. You can definitely buy any brand as long as it has 12 pegs, wide gauge. Hope that helps!

does the yarn have to be doubled during the whole process?

Depends on the gauge of your flower loom. The flower loom I was using had a wider gauge and therefore I needed to use a thicker yarn, that’s why I used two strands. I also wanted a tight finish that’s why I used two strands as opposed to just 1 strand, which would have resulted in a loose end-product. Ultimately, it’s a matter of (1) gauge of the loom and (2) preference. Hope that helps!
