Ok, I have been using the Alpha Lion products for some time. I am 69 years young and I work out with a trainer doing HIIT and weights. I am currently using night burn, and stacking with super scorch, superhuman burn, gains candy muscle strength, superhuman muscle, and superhuman intra. Then after my workout, I use Superhuman proteins. I have noticed some reduction in my belly but not a lot and I still have the handlebars which I HATE! But I take into consideration my age. I can't seem to get the rip on my stomach I've been trying for. I eat healthily so there you go. I use your product religiously. Any other advice?

Great video. It's always simple but then it's not when it comes to diet and work. I remember I couldn't hit my chest properly and watched your cable chest workouts in 2 or 3 videos and I did that, man, I can target these muscles now 😎

I eat 400 to 500 calories per meal since I am a woman. I eat 4 meals. 7 never eat less than 1750 calories it seems to work for me as a woman who is 5'8 and walk 3 miles a day at least and weight train several days a week but sometime mostly use my body.

I've been using this method pretty much, for seven weeks now. I've lost about a pound a week. My goal is to loose ten more pounds (currently at 190). I can't do much of the dynamic type movements yet due to old injuries. At 62 years old, I'm in better shape than most of the guys in their 40s and 50s. When I started training last winter, I was about 217. I only do cardio 3-4 times a week, mostly moderate intensity, but I bust my a$$ hitting the weights. I feel great!

Good content, however what do you suggest for a person who is pescatarian/ plant based? I have been eating like this for two years now. I have always been gym active on and off, however I had multiple sources of protein, considering I’m shredding a bit although I figured I’d be more shredded for my weight @ 190. I am staying away from carbs seeing a bit of six pack , but still that belly is still loose. What do you suggest?

Thanks for the tips. I was at 9% just 3 years ago and now I don't even want to say where I'm at. Gym closings at beginning of Covid really hit me hard. I was an avid 5-6 day workout practitioner, but since the closings ( and I know it was 3 years ago) it's been hard to get back into the rhythm. And my diet took a downward spiral as well. Right now I'm just on the verge of the point of no return....I'm about 15 lbs over my ideal and if I don't do something now I'm afraid I'll pass that in no time. I'm at a loss as to how to get back on track. Work schedule doesn't help much either. Any advice?

Troy, what other excerises should i add to my routine? I lift weights three times a week, I run sprints 1-2 times a week, and i do taekowndo. plus I play soccer, basketball, and tennis. some weeks my sprints are once a week with taekowndo on tuesdays, and some are twice a week with taekowndo on mondays.

46 lost 105lbs in 11 months. Kept most of my muscle on a protein sparing modified diet HOWEVER I am also on trt 200mgs of test cypionate/week so that helps me hold onto muscle. Last few months I ate between 800-2000 calories per day. 2000 is a huge cheat day. I also fast for a few days every couple of weeks. If I cheat then one day that week I fast.

Thus is so true. I was 225lb last year May and this year I was 185lb and put on a lot of muscle. Protein based with calorie deficit. Healthy carbs and fats and serious resistance training with some cardio in between you can't go wrong. I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm not even done still have more fat to lose but I'm stronger and I'm looking my best ever!
