I'm sorry that you're feeling like this Vitalii, but in my opinion now you've done the crucial first step: you've acknowledged the troubles in your life and the root causes for it. It might not bee an easy path from now on (speaking from my own experience), but it's a start. It also seems to me that you need to build up your self-confidence and your sense of self-worth, and putting effort into improving your economy and job situation could be of great help. Maybe even finding a new place for yourself other than the flat were you've lived with Jakub could me mentally healthy. I'm like you in that I'm a nostalgic and memories are important to me. But at times they become a dead weight that only drags you down.

I think this is especially a big lesson cause we tend to give and make many sacrifices, sometimes even hoping people would do the same for us, but we end up disappointed and hurt. Yes, you are in a life-changing situation. From what you say it's not the first time, and I assure you it won't be the last. You are no longer that inexperienced young boy who went out to find the world, you took your risks, you met places and people that others never could, you fell in love and you took your relationship in a very public way. Work to overcome your weaknesses. List all the opportunities you can, even that job you liked but lost. Know what things appear to threaten you and work out strategies to avoid them.

I may be biased because I’m in school to be a therapist (one semester left), but I think therapy could be a good form of self exploration and diving deeper into your personal philosophies and trauma. I went through my own struggles with addiction and self loathing because of the immense turbulence I faced during my childhood and early adulthood. Но что мне больше всего помогло и открыло глаза на многие вещи (например, на то, что себя нужно ставить на первое место, - о чём ты говорил в видео) - это 12-шаговая программа ВДА, Взрослые Дети Алкоголиков (Adult Children of Alcoholics or ACA). Там есть список из 14 черт Взрослого Ребёнка. Я нашла эти черты в себе, и поняла, что я выросла, но осталась Взрослым Ребёнком. Спасибо тебе, что поделился и был откровенным. Как же ты прав, Виталик. Думать надо всегда о себе. Я вот тоже в жопе оказался недавно, меня бросил любимый человек, а спустя некоторое время меня обокрали на серьезную для меня сумму. Желание жить, и до того небольшое, совсем улетучилось. Какой-то временной период провалялся с бутылкой в руках, закапывая себя в чувстве вины и сожалениях о любимом. Стало настолько плохо, что пришлось просить помощи. Теперь разбираюсь с долгами, жду ответа касаемо работы в Германии и готовлюсь уезжать из этой страны навсегда. В новую жизнь. Иначе здесь, в этих условиях, я себя рано или поздно выпилю. Пора ставить свою жизнь на первое место.
