Trust me, this is the best workout video to lose love handles!! This was fantastic! I really felt the initial moves in my love handles. Please also do some videos with weights for thunder thighs/ saddlebags. That's my no.1 problem area where the oldest fat is

Rebecca, I love your videos so much. You are the only trainer on youtube that gets me back every single day! Even if I do abs everyday, I never quite get that cut definition like you have, is it because some people will never achieve to get defined abs, or is it something that I may be doing wrong?

Hey Rebecca, Love love love your videos. It’s very motivational, watching your videos, listening to your instructions especially since you are doing them in real time and with a smile.....I feel like I have a personal trainer who is guiding me at every step. I do have a request though.... my mum’s 60 and I have been trying to get her into healthier routine .... I have tried some of your routines on her (without weights) but I think it was still too much for her. Can you and Alfie, please please please do a video on a beginner level workout for that age group, something that will not be too much on their joints but something that will strengthen core, loose the flab in belly and improve endurance and strength.

The position in the first exercise makes the area where my leg join my hips hurt for the resting leg that's on the ground. Like it's "locking". What am I doing wrong?

I have been doing your 9 moves for a flatter stomach and I can't seem to keep my back flat on the floor when doing some of the exercises. Do you have any tips that could help me out?

Its important that your back STAYS on the floor. So if your body can't hold your back down when doing certain exercises , i recommend switching moves so you can strengthen those back muscles! Keep training and you'll be able to hold your back down soon enough!
