Man I relate to this so so much girl, started around last year I was so so obsessed with getting to a certain weight and it completely took control of my life. I was obsessed with eating super clean and just not enough food was eaten in a day and I got super sick from it. I’ve almost gained back all the weight and I’ve healed from that bad mindset and I’m ready to start fresh on my health journey. Watching this video is really going to help me out. Thank you Mia! 🫶🫶

I'm not her but I love latte macchiato. I do it with Low fat milk and espresso, No sugar or sweetener and I love it. You can also include some protein powder to make it high protein 😊
