And if i cut calories will my body use the whey I take for energy and that will seriously affect my gains. Please reply this is my biggest doubt for which i haven't found a answer yet. Can we build muscle while losing fat at the same time.

You can definitely lose weight AND build muscle- read on Body Recomposition. Protein powder generally only have 100-150 cal per scoop. Do not use it as a meal replacement. And yes, all (90%) proteins in the shake will go towards muscle recovery. Read up on protein bioavailability. Rather calculate your BMR (daily calory requirement for maintainance) and consume 80-85%. No lower.

Brother excellent advice. Straight to the point not B.S. I do have a question that I was wondering I could get your thoughts on. Question: Can you build muscle while on a caloric deficit ? Since you usually need to eat a surplus to gain and deficit to lose. I enjoy the videos and shout out to you for educating people in our society who may not understand English but can watch your videos and become educated. Your humor is also hilarious :D

What can be done when we don't have access to protein supplements and having a vegetarian diet can a person like this be fit from being in obesity and be in a normal and natural shape according to bmi weight without having protein.

Then u have to do more hardwork in diet means u have to eat vegetarian protein sources like Nuts chana sprouts paneer etc. And ur body will grow slowly if u dont eat not minimum protein intake instead of non vegetarian builders.. AND A BONUS ADVICE :- UR BODY MUSCLE WILL GROW DEFINETLY IF U DONT REACH UR MINIMUM PROTEIN INTAKE BUT SLOWLY A INCH OF BICEPS IN 1 YRS.

I've followed ur home workout videos for woman upto day 4 making each day a week workout it was quite on n off but I've reduced 10-12kgs of weight and it was really helpful I still go back to those videos almost every month on off though but I stick to ur workout suits me👍

@@magnificent9529 my diet was mostly greens, I love coriander so got use to make some juice out of it in the mornings with some oats. and for mid day meal I had pulses and some rice. Eveninggs I tried to do close my eating window by 7pm so I use to have a smoothie of chia seeds, some flax seeds, rolled oats and a spoon of honey and some cinanmon powder for taste or a fruit. Worked for me.
