U right sir. Started weight 106.8kg. I just follow ur advice by may 01/2022 until 03/06/2022, normal food as a ussual according quantity and exercise for 45 minutes daily, skip 2 , 3 days. Finally,Yes i did lost 6.7kg between this one month. I am 40. It's amazing. So was left exercise 1month but still maintain. So today i start my journey again cause have to lost some more 18kg. Thank u so much. I am from Malaysia

Drink green tea every morning if u like to add lemon it's more better to burn fast im also doing the same thing If u don't have green tea try Cumin seeds first u have to boiled and filter it and drink the water just try for 7 days and thank me

Do cardio 3 days per week for 45 mins...eat in calories deficit upto 300 to 500... If didn't lose weight either increase cardio or decrease food intake..do weight train also
