Great video. I've dropped 37 lbs over the last 60 days. I'm going for 50 lbs. I'm 49 years old and work out twice per day (2.5 mile run in the morning with weight training and 20 sets of jumped rope in the afternoon with a 3 mile walk afterwards). I meal plan on Sundays by making a pot of cabbage with kale, onions and peppers. Only eat salmon on Sunday and Monday but the remainder of the week is all veggies. I eat two boiled eggs or a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Generally I will eat a lot of watermelon for lunch or snacks. Protein bars a great as well but stay away from carbs. They are the worst.

So you don't eat any other meats?
@Nolepower Жыл бұрын
@TT-jc8qg no ma'am, not at all. Eat as klean as possible (fruits and vegetables) with limiting your portion sizes. Drink plenty of water because if you work out hard, you're gonna sweat a lot. Leave hard liquor alone for a while, but you can drink wine (not sweet wines, lol)..
@Mishlovee Жыл бұрын
Carbs are good for us. Just have to eat the right ones, and if you are not vegan meat will be a better choice then protein bars. I’m happy you lost weight ❤️ but please be careful how fast you lose it. It’s best to lose it the way you can maintain it.
@Nolepower Жыл бұрын
@Mishlovee I'm not vegan at all but we will agree to disagree. The human body was not designed for certain foods to consume, hence one reason for an overwhelming rise in colon cancer diagnosis. I do not eat any type of cheese as well. Your body does not digest dairy, it only turns it into mucus in which leads to inflammation. Most Red meats does the same. This list could go on in certain cuts of poultry that is full hormones that not good for us. Have you ever stopped to thing about the wings harvested from chickens? Just think about it. Most wing restaurants sell 10, 15, 30, 50 piece boxes. But one chicken only has two whole wings. Where are they getting all this chicken from??? So fast...

I started at 217 lbs as a 5'7", 39 year old women. This was in April 2022. It is now July 2023 and I'm 149 lbs. I also cut sugar (mostly sugary drinks and cream and sugar in coffee). Eating at least one salad a day helped. Drinking 64 ounces of water a day at least. Black coffee, almond milk (unsweetened), black tea....getting a glucose meter helped me too. I was approaching pre-diabetic (my mom is obese and type 2 diabetes) so I had insulin resistance. Trying to lower my fasting glucose to between 70-90 helped a lot. My body responds badly to carbs. So even if someone doesn't have diabetes, the cheapest glucose meter out there could be a benefit to them. Greek whole fat yogurt is my favorite. I stuck to full fat stuff though...just watched the carbs and processed foods...got ride of 95 percent of processed foods. I ate lot of eggs and chicken....we have chickens so we have plenty of eggs. My cholesterol was high so I stuck to mostly egg whites. Whole grains. I ate a lot of cheese! Bell peppers and onions fried in olive oil (1 tsp usually dependent on my calorie needs for the day) with fajita seasoning and eggs whites are very very good too. I used myfitnesspal to track calories. Now I'm starting to try to tone up.

Congratulations!!! I know it's hard. I'm on my 2nd weight loss journey as an adult. The first time it took 2 years and I lost 70lbs and kept it off til Covid happened and I suffered from depression and gained it all back plus more. I was 170 post Covid now I'm up to 284. I've lost 10lbs this last month by working out and eating less. I noticed the more I work out the less I want to eat all day or snack. Snacking was my worst problem due to working 2 jobs. I'm hoping to get back there by next summer.I know for me working out twice a day helps me lose wight and have more energy. Plus I don't eat any processed food or fast food I make everything at home. Walking 1 hr in the morning and target weight training in the evening helps alot. Thank you for the tips im defintiely taking notes❤

Impressive! It's so sweet when you start losing that unwanted weight. I lost 42 pounds in less than 3 months and have kept it off since then. Key thing to note is that I exercised daily for months, but my issue was the struggle with my calorie intake. It was just impossible for me to eat less. It felt like I wasn't in control of my actions. Adding Phenq pills to my journey just made things easier. Eating less became possible and I also had enough energy to exercise.

I have lost 120 pounds and still losing weight but I refuse to eat pasta rice and oatmeal. You have a great meal plan for healthy eating. I am very Conscience about carbs and I rather make my ice cream naturally with my Vitamix. I agree with you about wearing a waist trainer it will definitely help with us to shaping of our bodies and is excellent to help us getting lost skin but also I added collagen for the tightening of my skin while losing weight and it is amazing. Congrats on you're weightloss journey and sucess with keeping it off. I'm currently on a year mission to lose a hundred pounds. I've lost a little weight so far. I've made it by deciding not to cut out anything. I still believe you can eat anything you want but just in healthy portions. So I'm eating everything I always have, just in moderation and with working out five days a week, I'm doing pretty good. Nothing wrong with cutting certain foods out but for me restriction is not sustainable long term. I want to learn how to still eat and enjoy foods I always have but choose more healthier sized portions of it.

I’m not a fan of salads but I have them here and there but I set my diet up similar but I’m moderate carbs. I have breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks and my dinner is often protein with very low carbs. Snacks are usually yogurt with honey and a quest bar, and breakfast is eggs and toasts or overnight oats. I only eat sourdough bread but I still make pasta meals using exact serving side so it’s only like 30g carbs and 100 calories with a protein and veggies. My pasta meals were usually around 500 calories.

@mishlove did you do a cleanser first before you started, or did yogi jump straight in?

Love this video, also I’ve heard to not work out with the waist trainer is that true?

Thank you ☺️ I have been doing it for months and no problems. I go to the gym and almost every woman has one on. I don’t do abs with it on. But it helps me so much with supporting my back while working out and form

Loved the content!! I’m not used to waist training, so I would like to know if you’re supposed to wear it all day or certain times a day??

Hey, after I did some research, waist trainers do not bring any benefits besides temporary change in appearance. I would not recommend using it as you will have same results either way. Skin tightness is based on skin elasticity, so basically genetics.
