Hi I work from 6 pm to 3 am and then I sleep for 3 hrs, waking up by 6 and doing outdoor cycling for 1 hr and then coming back home by 7:30 and having breakfast, after breakfast sleeping for 3-4 hrs and then having my lunch at 2-3 pm Is this good to follow ? Considering experience in my routine. Pls help to answer

Very very informative video, but one question Mam... I go to gym by 8.30 to 10.30pm then I can sleep with out having lunch... Will this b ok ???... Pls pls do ans on this

Hi Sweety! If you are doing heavy intensity workout, I would suggest you to take a protein rich meal... as protein is needed for muscle repair . Keep a gap of 2 hours and then sleep.

What if we sleep 4am/5am-11 am wake up have breakfast, have lunch around 4pm n sleep fr an hour n then start working at 6pm work from home as of now

Dear Sneha , Once you wake up by 11 . Have your lunch directly by 12 noon. By 4 have snacks ( if you have a heavy meal at this time and directly sleep for an hour you will gain weight) 6pm continue with your work. And dinner by 8/9 pm . Hope this anwers your query 😊
