Mam apki har video boht informative hai but apko weight loss ki baat karne time products ke bare mein bhi kuch share karna chahiye jaise kuch log dieting vagera nahi kar pate to unke liye grassy life boht effective hai and kuch logo ka budget kam hota hai to ayurslim bhi achi option hai halka slow still nice .. so that har insan ka case apki video mein cover ho sake because har insan ke liye time par khana possible nahi and apko weight gain par bhi aur videos jrur publish karni chahiye 🙏🏻

Thank you so much gunjan for wonderful diet plan. Already it's been 20 days I have started intermident fasting 9 to 5 pm food time and rest fasting time. I am following exactly what u are advising with out even seeing your videos. Looks like 70 to 80% I am thru.. now exercise is the only thing I need to begin with... see u soon. Wt from 109 to 104. In last 2 months. This variety of diet plan is a new eye opener for me

I have decided to quit sugar, we are not taking white sugar already, we just use honey instead in milk or tea or green tea. I've already quitted fried foods, or packet foods. And my husband is feeling more proud of me and loves me more than before 🥰🥰, and is helping to keep me motivated. This time, I will not quit and I will definitely lose my weight 🙃.

Mujze kafi problem thi mera weight 102 kg tha mujze ek din ek friend ne bata ayurvedic dawa ke bare mai hum dawa ko use krne ke mera weight 56 kg hogiya h 4 month mai pehle to mujhe trust nhi ho raha tha fir maine socha ki try krte try kiya to result dikhna suru huwa abhi normal h course complete krne ke bad maintain h abhi 56 kg

Hi , loved the plan but I've been told that you shouldn't consume cabbage, lettuce , broccoli, cauliflower if you are suffering from hypo thyroid ( precisely you can have them but in cooked form once in 10 days only ) .. I saw you recommend the above veggies hence wanted to clarify. Thanks
