Don’t try different plans, buy products or make it complicated. am: an egg and some berries Lunch: slice of turkey with veggies on low carb wrap or lettuce Dinner: chicken or salmon with veggies Avoid any snacks; remember you will feel hunger, but you need to in order to burn fat! You have to be in a calorie deficit.

Hi Myra, Congratulations! Yes, do a week of foods! What percentage was your chocolate? For us post-menopausal women, it does help reduce cortisol. This video is very motivating for me. Thank you! No snack foods - it's so hard to stop the cravings once they start!

I love all the videos, especially at night when I'm binge watching the desserts (yum); However i would definitely LOVE to see more videos of your daily food.... meals, meats, sides, supplements, any exercise or not?? I lost 95 - then I lost my adult son- I have ballooned & I feel ready to start out again. I live with my daughter & sin in law, & my brother - i always made sure I had my califlower rice fir stuffed peppers, & califlower mashed. & avocado mayo & avocados! - I know what to do- just gotta do it! Mayra. I love love u videos . I have lost 25 lbs in the last 6 months with ur help.i love when u just talk to us about how u feel what's going on no preaching about what to do with no room for error. And really hate when people complain and now I have 1 little tiny complaint. I wear hearing aids and still have a problem with hearing. And I love ur videos but this one there was the music in the back ground. And I really never have a problem hearing u understanding what u are saying but boy this time I really struggled to keep up . Could it just be a little softer. I have had to almost quit watching TV because with all that background mic I can't hear or have the time understand the words. Thx u again for all the help ur videos have give me. I am not sure I would be where I am today with out ur help. Keep the great recipes coming . ❤

There is a book "Carnivore in the kitchen" I heard is really good and has a lot of different recipes. So it's just not eating straight up meat. I just noticed eating too much fat makes me feel nauseous so I eat more protein. A good go to sweet for me is a sugar free coffee creamer,egg yolk, butter and some cinnamon and pumpkin spice on top (very filling and sweet). But there are carnivores chocolate recipes out there. Skye's the limit with carnivore. Over eating on the carnivore I heard is okay but I still listen to my body and don't over do it, bc then I feel sick. Some people can handle more food than others.

I have gotten long covid and it made my bp & blood sugar go crazy. I have celiac so I am a clean eater anyway but I had to hammer down about 5 months ago to see if I could get my blood sugar to go down. So I went Low carb, mostly protein. I don't eat fruit. Your channel is really helpful with food ideas! Thank you. The pumpkins cheesecake was REALLY filling and I had to use it as a meal.

I spent many years losing and aging weight. At my heaviest I weighed close to 175 and I’m only 5 foot 2. Also I became Diabetic. Weight Watchers always worked for me but as soon as I stopped going there I would gain my weight back. Weight Watchers started with a Diabetic diet plan using exchanges when I originally joined them. When I was diagnosed with Diabetes I took a few classes on the appropriate diet but very honestly I just didn’t do it until 2021. Then I got serious. From all my education on the correct choices a person with Diabetes should do I decided to crack down on my sugar intake but mostly my carb intake. I noticed that cutting my carbs. I lost over 50 lbs and I never have felt deprived nor do I feel hungry. Calorie counting works but I don’t think it works on a long term basis. Carbs are so delicious but they make us gain weight. I now have maintained my weight for over 2 years. I love channels like yours because I’m always looking for different foods or treats that I can eat. Thank you.

So true, we need to know our triggers! Unfortunately any kind of real dessert is for me. Even your low carb dessert videos trigger me. It's a real obsession. I need to stop sabotaging with all or nothing thinking. One bad choice shouldn't derail me for a week. I also turn my will over to God and stick to whole God made food. You are very inspiring! 😃🙏🏼🌻

I just came back from my anniversary vacation and I was keeping food simple. I didn’t count calories but I was very mindful in what I was eating I didn’t just go crazy for make Food the highlight of my trip I did snack workouts at night and indulge very little I just don’t think it worth gaining all that weight when it’s so hard to lose Food shouldn’t ever been number one highlight because food is supposed to be fuel for your body and not a treat… save the treats for your fur babies But you look Amazing 🎉🎉🎉

Thank you your videos alway motive me. I have been doing low carb/keto/ intermediate fasting on and off for 6 years. I have been able to keep off 45 lbs. But need to lose another 40 I start to go down then fall of the wagon over frustration because weight just stops coming off. Happens to me every time if u decide to eat some carbs or sugar I go off the deep end I feel so much better not eating them Takes a few days of lots protein and no carb I’m definitely not hungry as much meal prep is key plus don’t have it in house
