Hi. For the last 3 weeks, I’ve ONLY followed your recipes and all your food advice. I have not exercised. And I’ve lost 11 pounds and my husband has lost 8 pounds. If God didn’t want us to not eat it he wouldn’t have given us “fish and loaves of bread” in the Bible . Our bodies NEED carbs for fuel and power . We need it all . If your focus is just losing weight, you can legit loose weight eating three snickers bars a day. It’s calories in versus calories out . What she is teaching you is how to make healthier choices . Because the end goal should be for all of us, to be healthier . Make the choice you own . Not everyone is the same . Don’t consume crap. Eat Whole Foods. Avoid high fat, sodium and sugar if you can . And WORKOUT

My chocolate milk recipe, Mash 1/2 banana, 1 tsp cocoa Mix above with 2 tbsp almond butter Mix above with However much milk or almond milk that you desire Add another fruit, like blueberries, strawberries, etc, or nothing. Depending on how low carb you want to go. This really fills me up and tastes great.

Yes, I’ve been a life long ( I’m 60) carbonation lover, about five (5) yrs ago started developing problems with my teeth (enamel, fracturing/breaking, cavities inspite my efforts with brushing flossing & rinsing. Take care, maybe check with dentist.❤🦷🪥

I looked at your Social Blade KZbin stats and from July 2023 to September 2023 you had spikes of zero new subs to 10k subs exactly every so often. There wasn't a range at all.
