I agree. Our society causes us to self criticism and that of others. People compare themselves to others bc they feel a sense of lack within. Advertising, social media, and celebrity worship also keeps it all alive. It is a vicious cycle.

Am i the only one who thinks this os bad advice? To criticize something means recognising it could be better. How can you find a good partner without being critical. Or know who to avoid. Where dangerous people/places are. We learn from mistakes and criticism is our way of recognising mistakes. I don't understand how you can improve yourself or the world without the ability to imagine it in a better state.
