1-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then SOFTWARE then MICROSOFT then WINDOWS NT then CURRENTVERSION then MULTIMEDIA then SYSTEM PROFILE
SET THE NETWORKTHROTTLIE TO : FFFFFFFF (follow the video)
2-Go To :HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Then SYSTEM Then CURRENTCONTROLSET Then SERVICES Then TCPIP Then PARAMETERS Then INTERFACES Then CHOOSE THE ONE THAT HAS DEFAULT GATEWAY IN IT
(Follow the video)
Create 2 folders dword 32 bit and name them
TCPackFrequency
TCPNoDelay
set their value to 1
3-Go to HKEY_Local_Machine then software then microsoft then msmq then parameters
if u don't have the msmq folder then you have to create one and follow the steps on the video or u can skip it
create a dword 32 value and name it TCPNoDelay and set the value to 1
4--GO TO ADAPTER SETTINGS Then GO TO IPV4 Then CHANGE THE DNS TO
Preferred dns server : 8.8.8.8
alternative dns server : 8.8.4.4

I'm not saying that if executed properly, that this is necessarily dangerous; what I am saying is that people should actually know what they are doing before editing the registry. I can't speak on how much you personally know about the registry, but assuming you have a good grasp on this subject, you would know that editing the registry can be potentially dangerous. If handled correctly and proceeded with caution, editing the registry can be fine, however if the user makes even a minor mistake such as editing the wrong file or setting an unfortunate typo, they can actually harm their computer. I'm willing to bet not everyone who clicks on the video knows how sensitive this editing is. So............ I'm just putting a courtesy caution in the comments. After looking through some of the comments already on this video I managed to gather that there is either something off with this tutorial or quite a few people have messed up while editing their registry. Assuming that the issue is the latter, I'm guessing that at least a handful of these viewers don't realize how precise they need to be with this kind of stuff. I'll admit, I didn't put in the time to check that everything in this video is spot on. Regardless, I still suggest to anyone who wants to use tutorial to do a little bit more research and to exercise plenty of caution while editing the registry. Hi! I just wanted to say, that changing your registry can give your computer damage. I personally don't recommend this, but if you want to try this out make sure to make a registry backup, so if it doesnt work you can change it back to it's original state. Also, the DNS server he typed in is the one from google, which won't make a difference. This means this video wasnt really helpful

And maybe if you are on Windows 10 this may work but like its almost impossible to fix a short route to your connection without fking up something else. Do this at your own risk though. I will say that this has lowered my ping. It was not horrible to begin with but I went from a solid 80 in LoL to a smooth 50 and that makes the difference between using movement prediction or not. If the "Parameters" folder isn't showing up in the "MSMQ" folder, simply right-click on the "MSMQ" and make a New "Key". Name it: "Parameters" and that should solve the issue. It sure did for me! :)
