I used to believe in broken English but then I realized; I only speak one language and these people speak at least two. There’s no such thing as broken English to me anymore. Crazy intelligent people. I love them.

Nice vid but door and other hinges and joints must be lubed periodically not when issues arise. Its called preventative maintenance.

Hi Peter,good video.In America the car makers design the hinges to do that on purpose.Then they say it is so because they want the customer to get more exercise,by making it harder to open the door.When the door rusted closed ,that means you must walk more to exorcise your legs.AS Americans are very lazy. ha ha

Why can't be a simple thing, just take a oil and apply some to the hinges and joints. Why all that show about force measurements and all that.
@MrAtis4724 жыл бұрын
To display measurable results Abdul. Deductive approach is fine, but this is real proof. You can’t feel the changes on his car door. I think that’s why. Good idea imo.
@sierraecho8845 ай бұрын
Never use any of that crap oil always use dry lubricant only. Otherwise all sorts of dust will set in and damage your hinges over time, you want it to work smooth and keep the dirt out. You can clean it with WD-40 first, then wipe that stuff off and use PTFE spray. Use the same spray for the car locks, never use oil base lubricants in those or you will damage them over time.

One: Presenter did NOT make a mess. In fact, he included a section on cleanup. Two: The video was FREE, thereby indemnifying the presenter from cheap, (xenophobic?) jokes. Third, Many Americans were born to ancestors who immigrated before mastering English. Cut him a break. Yet, the accent did necessitate extra concentration but the information was first-class.

Don't use WD40. It's a cleansing solvent, also rust protection, but not a lubricant. WD40 evaporates. However - use WD40 to clean the hinges - let evaporate - then oil/grease.
@Kavie93 Жыл бұрын
@@MeBallerman they have lubricant gel spray. They also have the word lubricant on the bottle lol while it might not be as good as actual grease it works for a bit
