Really helpful video, need one help i have on going progress in my schedule and baseline is fixed. Now iam going to shift to another laptop. What files should i take and what procedures should i follow to work without disturbing the baseline there. Should i make one copy of the one iam working on and export both? How will this work

Dear Concern, There are a lot of methods in project management and planning to measure, control, or monitor the design/engineering progress. Mostly it is defined in the contracts how to monitor the KPIs of each phase or key stage, if not then the planning department has to prepare a procedure/method statement or monitoring system for the above-mentioned purpose, and needs to describe theoretically and with the tabes and pictorial and graphicly that how to manage all above sections. Sometimes it's a contractual requirement to get the approval of the document from the client/Authority. Now, if we need to measure KPIs only for the design phase then we have to create a design control register and set weights for each step or approval. Secondly, we have the option of activity steps in primavera where we can use the same weights option. We can also use the enlisted documents for the design progress monitoring or measuring. Earned Value Calculation Sheets Document Delivery Register Design Control Register KPIs Monitoring Sheet Design Tracking Register Design Control Ledger etc.
