Good Presentation, But I believe it doesn't work for Weightage having value 0.001% as Primavera considers 0.00 value only. You have to enter it Manually is the best practice and more control.....Appreciate your work!

Sir, even if you export data with "Rs" or "d" symbol, it can easily be separated into 2 columns using the data tab in excel.

Nice presentation.🙏 I noticed after importing back the schedule, the weightage % go back to 0.2, 0.3, 0.89 just to say. ie the percentage did not multiples in those values. What's the cause, sir?

Whats the benefit of using weighted sheet ? Is it linked with EVM?

Yes , If your project progress measurement is based on such WTgs then yes it will create EVMs trends

If all the amounts are entered into the P6 along with WBS, then why it cannot calculate the weightages by itself? Its just dividing individual costs by the cumulative project cost.

Schedule values are derived from baseline. Actual is derived from updated schedule as physical progress or earned value

Hi, I have one Query I tried it but, when exporting P6 to excel the out come the activities are not in order. I tried to use the define and inter all percentages in all activities automatic wbs was filled with total wt. %, but when i Share the xer file to the client the outcome with them not the same value of Wt. % please guide Thanks

wrong way of presenting ...it will not work in real time project. cost based weightage is not working most of the time & in update time your method also not work.
