I have tried chain lubes and waxes but I prefer to use WD40 often and keep chain clean with it also. That way does not attract dirt and make a paste that grinds the chain

The wd40 is well-known for rust remover, till now dont know about its paint protection tricks.. thanks for this. Can it be used in shockers, rims, total engine portion, disc plates, disc clippers like all black parts in bike for paint protection in rainy seasons? Water and mud stucks on all that portion of bikes and peel off paints.. can wd40 prevent paint peel off?
