Matt... "Build/Buy/Own the lead generating assets." That's a beautiful thing.

Hey Matt, I have two quick questions: For your under 10k per month program, do you only recommend outreach through cold email? Also, is GHL required for this program? Thanks in advance for your help!

No, we recommend manual outreach too and GHL is not required

Hey Matt - dope content as always! I was just wondering did you manage to scale your agency to 100m since you’re teaching these techniques.

I did not scale to 100m. Only 15

Matt, your stuff is great.. For now. You really gotta keep operating an agency. Every coach consultants who stops their agency to coach ends up only having dated ideas that's stop working. Don't fall into the trap and take the easy route. You're way too smart to do it. Eventually your ideas will stop working..I don't know of a single example that's has bucked the trend.

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate your concern. Staying active in the agency space is definitely important for keeping ideas fresh and relevant. I plan to continue running my agency while sharing insights from my experiences

Hey Matt, I understand the concept of choosing the right niche. But in my case I feel like I need to accept every and all clients that come my way and have enough money first to sustain the company. Once I reach that point, then I believe it makes sense choosing a niche. Would that work?

Focus on solving people’s problems - be solution aware first. After you have consistent income, learn to focus on what you are best at. That usually comes with a niche, or certain type of buyer. But when you sell to all, you sell to none - but, you must sell first!
@mattlarsen1000x16 күн бұрын
When you are starting out, just accept any clients. Then, as you grow, niche down

Very informative video, truly a gem :-) About #6. Owning the assets: how does that actually work? As an agency, if I do services for the client, I am of course building out HIS website and funnels, so HE does own the assets. Is building assets something to do aside from serving clients, and just "sell" the incoming leads of my own assets to ANOTHER company (or existing client)? What do you mean by "buy" the assets? Would be cool to have a quick insight on this.
@mattlarsen1000x16 күн бұрын
It is something separate like if you were doing an HVAC agency you would own newyorkhvac.com and atlantahvac.com and that type of stuff that ranks in SEO and in reviews and then you redirect those leads to them

This resonates. I believe you can do plenty in ten yrs.
