Ingredients are :-
Kale chane 1cup
4 tamatar (tomato)
Hara dhaniya (coriander)
1 pyaj (onion)
tej patta (bay leaf)
1tbs khus khus (poppy seed)
1tbs nariyal ka burada (desiccated coconut powder)
1tbs adrak lahsun pest (ginger garlic paste)
Kashmiri red chilli powder
tikhi wali Lal mirch (spicy red chili powder)
1tbs dhaniya jeera powder (c**** coriander powder)
½tsp haldi (turmeric)
1tsp garam masala
namak (salt)
2tbs besan (Bengal gram flour)
1tsp khadi masalon ka crush
2 long (cloves),5 kali mirch (black paper),1 kalmi (cinnamon stick),1 chakra phool (star anise)?(whole spices crush
