I used the cricut app to make the image. I imagine you can use whatever program you find easiest to make the image. As long as it's the right size circle in the end.

How do you like the DC Badge 109? Does the film secured on the button? Each time I try, the edges raises up.

I've only made this one project. When I first started it was working perfectly then as I progressed the edges started to raise up. I was doing everything thing the same way so I'm not sure why. I got the project done but I had to redo a few of them a couple times.

how did you print out the pictures at the exact size of the pins?

I had to test it out, but afterwards I realized it should basically be the same size as the plastic. To be safe I put the picture on a black background just so that I didn't have any of the image cut off. But also not have white on the edge.
