@@ourfamilyfuntimes1008 facials are 125-175$ per hour. But I sell a lot of retail. Skincare. Body products. Candles. Make up bags. Anything spa related I sell. So I actually sell more retail dollar amount than I do in services. It’s such an easy way to make more money. 😁

Wow this video is FULL of juicy nuggets!! Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into sharing this with us but also in general with everything you do. I agree we should stop feeling so weird about talking about money when it’s something we deal with everyday and need to help facilitate the kind of life we want. We talk about cars, rent, gas, even drinking water regularly all important but I think money should be put in its proper place too (my 2 cents). Everything you said definitely resonated with me in terms of handling what you have first (even if it’s not a lot) so that you have space for more to come in. It’s easy to get overwhelmed in this industry with all of products and modalities you WANT to do that you can be shell shocked from actually doing anything because you don’t have THIS or THAT. Hi Kristen & chat. I’m currently in esthetician school, I have a few more months left. I have hopes to work at a spa/medi spa up to a year afterwards, then open my own spa. I live in Maryland I actually have an esthetician license but when I tried to apply for jobs and nobody hired me because I had no experience and also one big problem was only comisión. At that time I was getting divorced and I had to have a steady income to be able to support my 3 children. So i ended up working as a medical biller. So I am just stuck.
