The principles of how stuff is made is really interesting - its likely the same in developed countries. The welders are doing a good job. Basically this is how factories worked during 1920. Very labour intensive - but the workers know what they are doing. Its very easy for people with modern equipment to judge these as this and that but basically they work hard and get the work done. That the economy basically is run(ruined..) by the governments is another thing.

they are skillful worker and massive respect, their factory very small and simple. It would be better if they put priority on the safety by having at least PPE in their work practise. Also to have proper machinery to handle on the lifting activity.

Показали только самою простую часть процесса - изготовление цилиндрической части бочки. Интересно было бы посмотреть, как изготавливали выпуклые переднюю и заднюю часть ёмкости. Заметны некоторые просчёты в размерах при стыковках передней и задней частей, которые выбирались принудительной натяжкой, что станет источником напряжения в процессе эксплуатации и будет испытывать сварной шов на прочность.

Right this is the reason they dont have any certification and life of these vessels is short. All of them are just skilled workers they dont have knowledge of engineering terms like stress and tension

The method in this fabrication is wrong. Most important part is the welding area no groove. The plate forming no pre-bending. And the person who measure a measurement inside the tank. I nvr seen any person do that, the measurement should be outside diameter and not inner.
