1 can tuna (70g)
1 cucumber
pinch of salt
3 green perilla leaves
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard paste
⭐︎Cucumber and Wakame seaweed salad
2 cucumbers (240g)
1/2 tsp salt
6g cut wakame seaweed (dried)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce

3 eggs
120cc men-tsuyu (soup stock: mirin: soy sauce = 4:1:1)
shichimi (seven spice) togarashi (red pepper) to taste
⭐︎Bite-sized pork with ginger
100g thinly sliced pork thigh
A dash of katakuriko (potato starch)
1 piece (15g) grated ginger
2 tbsp sake
1 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp oil
