the slidey sound i think is a sound from one of his sound kits but im pretty sure you can just make it by having a lead synth that has glide and having it do a scale run down a couple octaves, he also has a wah guitar when it starts

something i do to make my stuff sound more human is i turn snap to whole notes and for anything smaller i hold down the alt key which lets you place notes off grid, and just put it by ear naturally gets some swing and timing imperfections but keeps the whole notes on beat to tie it together, then sometimes i push the midi clip a little early or late in the playlist to put the quarter notes a little off time too
