How To Make A 12volt Electric Kettle

In this video, I am using DC 12V Glow Plug , and i will Make 12volt electric kettle at home simple, 12v Glow Plug You can get at the car repair shop near the house, the price is very cheap, only 1$ 1pcs. Hope you guys will enjoy this !!!

For example, if a 12 V, 4-cylinder diesel engine with 150 W glow plugs, has a total power consumption of 600 W (4 x 150 W), the expected steady-state circuit current will be around 50 A (600 W / 12 V).Usually, the glow plugs on a diesel engine will last around 100,000 miles, but in some cases will wear out before then. The continuous use that these plugs get is a major factor in why they will usually burn out quickly. Due to the location of the glow plugs, it can be a bit difficult to check them. do you think taking the covers off of them make them last longer or shorter??

put a cinder block around it! right? I have been aboard wood sailboat with wood stoves, chisel out marble, any brick, cement and any electricly insulated material that won't burn. cover your device with a cinder block shell... hot plate comes to mind :) stone hot plate.

12V does not kill, it is not how much a device is drawing, it is how much the body is conducting. so at 12V and at minimum resistance for a human body 1000 ohms (it ranges from 1k to 100k) we get 12/1000=0.012amps = 12mA. which is not enough to do any kind of damage.

Normally electric kettles have the heater in the water , this makes them very efficient , I would guess at least twice as efficient as your design .

Very nice but it would be far better if you put the glow plugs directly in the pot. Waste much less heat and have a more beneficent water heater.

Also if you add electric current to H2O it will separate into Hydrogen and Oxygen gases. Which in turn could cause an explosion.

lot's of loss energy. For best result and less energy throwed, the plug need to be placed in the water, directly. It will have more duty life cycle, and you can use only one plug.

If placed in the water than the electric current produced would start separating the hydrogen from the oxygen molecules resulting in a potential explosion. I do not advice this.
