how would you go about adding even more power to a non turboed vehicle in the game? fisrt time modding the vehicles dont really undrtsand all the values in the torque helper.

So when a vehicle is NA, you will need to add a turbo. This is really simple, in the engine.ini, paste the [TURBO_0] text, which is in the description. Once you do that, you can mess around with the values. Alternatively, you can change the values in the power.lut. You will notice that the values on the left-hand side represent the RPMs, and the values on the right side of the line represent the torque value. You can change the torque values to whatever you want, at any given RPM. It's up to you how you want to do it, I found that adding a turbo is quicker. However, if you're having trouble getting it to work, modifying the power.lut is the safe option.

You can change the gear ratios in the drivetrain.ini file like I have at 4:26. Some cars might have preset gear ratios in the final.rto or in the setup file. If you find that you change the ratios in the drivetrain.ini and they don't change in the game, then it means there is another file that is controlling the ratios, it could be in the setup.ini file.

I highly doubt there is no power.lut in the data folder since the car would not work without it. Try searching in the top right corner for the power.lut file. You should be able to find it. If you still can't find it, there is either something wrong with the car you are trying to mod or something went wrong when you decrypted the car.

Hi, cool vid. I have an issue tho. I messed up exactly with what you messed up and when I tried to start the game it said the error LOD files are missing, I double checked and the LOD file exist and in data/lod.ini I checked and it's assigned to the correct folder, any thoughts?

This could mean there is an issue with your Custom Shaders Patch installation, or something went wrong during your modification. I suggest redoing the steps from my video in order to see what happens. Unfortunately, it could also mean that the car you are trying to modify is encrypted and can't be modified. Please try modifying another car to see if it works. If it does, then it means the original car is encrypted.

you can add loads of them, just change turbo_0 to turbo_1 on the second one after copy and pasting the one turbo you already have then if u want to have 4 turbos copy and paste again twice and label them turbo_3 and turbo_4

Try running the app as administrator. If that doesn't work, the last thing I can suggest is reinstalling the car tuner.
