Its nice u have made it but if we want to connect it with a 3W 8.97v 3A solar panel then. But the out range would be 3W 6v 3A

You should use buck convert to voltage down to 7.4 V

You could have taken out one more terminal, where batteries join each other, and used 2s balance charger. This may catch fire if cells become imbalanced and any of the 2 cells exceed 4.4V . Else use protection board or balance charger BMS.
