Also, terracotta saucers of water are good so they have something to drink. My bandicoots love the area under a big, dense, sprawling rosemary bush, but also keep in mind the aperture of your fence wiring. If it is too small, then the bandicoots can get stuck midway through the hole, so either have big aperture mesh, or else have depression holes under the fence so they can escape through those.

I've seen a bandicoot climb. It was being chased by a cat at the time but it definitely could climb

I wish I had bandicoots, unfortunately I only have something that eats wumpa fruit. No seriously, I got recommended this and felt sad that I do not have bandicoots.
