Just wondering if you've ever tried applying the board butter with 0000steel wool to skip the abrasive paste step. After I use the steel wool, I just buff the wax and it feels great.

@@MrMan-jf8yi I have not tried the steel wool, though I will. I think the bonus to the abrasive paste is the additional finishing benefits. It has mineral oil, beeswax, Tripoli, and of course the pumice. I appreciate you following along!

No drum sander. No jointer. Guess I’ll look for something else to build. I know I can use my table saw to joint. I have a jig for that. But I am not sure if that technique will be accurate enough to this project.
