Ben, great video. I am getting ready to start my first cutting board. What kind of blade do you on your table saw for ripping and cross cutting the wood for the cutting board? Thanks.

Right now, I have a 10 inch DeWalt blade.

Hi Ben. Great video. How many coats of the Watco Butcherblock Finish do you typically apply?

Thank you! I think a minimum of two.

Where do you source your wood supply from? Local or do you have a supplier online you have used? I am talking higher quantities not just the occasional side project. Thank you!

I have 18”x2”x3/4” thick pieces of wood. are these big enough for a cutting board when I lay them flat ?

Love the videos! Question: where do you purchase your wood? Any online shippers that sell black walnut for instance at a decent price?

Thank you so much! The wood I used in this video was from Keim Lumber in Ohio. I think Rockler sometimes will run sales on hardwoods that can be reasonable. For the most part, however, I have found it best to buy in bulk, or process your own lumber.
