I'm just getting in to lure, making love your videos. I've made the rat you made, but it's a lot smaller in size, but it's turned out just great. I'm about to order my first air brush to finish my rat of completely. i so much enjoyed making the rat lure, and I'm sure I will be making loads more lures in the future. Nice work Joey. Beautiful timber. I have a cabinet made from camphor Laurel the grain in it is awesome. Where do you get your syringes from for glueing.

How do we know how it swims? No testing?

You can cut a stick in half, joint it screw a paddler bib on the front and it will swim. Ps my swim tank (river) was in flood at the time so I couldn’t film it 🤟🏻

Beautiful lure !! ... I'm new to lure making and am just wondering how strong the joins and ilets are when gluing them in ? Have you ever tested the strength?

Cheers mate Not sure on strength but I have never had a twisted wire eyelet pull out on any lure

Hey mate what glue do you use?I’ve always been hesitant to use anything other than 24hr araldite. Be good to have a faster drying option and maintain the strength. Cheers
