Finnish guy named Tony Suominen did this about 10 years ago. He was in a Finnish tv show called Virittäjät (tuners) where a tuner brings their car to a track and former F1 driver Mika Salo tries it out and then race time attack style Mika vs the tuner. That 2002 was AMAZING on track.

this is awesome ! my local shop did a swap on a e30 chassis, the K fit great also. I got an s54 swapped 325i wagon so now I can dedicate my dc2 gsr to racing. One day I hope to build a k swapped e30/36, best of both worlds :)

cool car, easyish swap, k series is way harder to fit into it, due to the subframe and suspension components :) My brother had one with k20a2 😅
