To those of you posting that you watched and maybe even prefer the longer episodes, let me just say, ME TOO!!! LOL! Believe me when I say that the whole "people will usually not watch more than 10 minutes of any video" thing is sadly true for "most" KZbin watchers and my analytics prove it! But having said that, I know that you hardcore Gothic Homemaking fans appreciate the longer videos and I really appreciate YOU for that! The health and future of the channel depends on pleasing as many potential viewers as I can, and I tirelessly continue to grow and change and work to try to please as many of you as possible. Thank you soi much for your continued support!!!

Your videos are a delight to see no matter what time duration they are but i do feel that if you find yourself so inclined maybe if it’s a very special project or something with lots of fun conversations with friends or other stops you could make an extras video related to the specific episode where those things occurred ? Regardless you’re content is amazing and i look forward to it always !

"..foolishly believed I was making a television show." What? 😕 I LOVE your show! Yes, it's a show. I only discovered you a few months ago but I've gone back to the top of your homemaking video list after watching it twice already. I'm one of those weirdos that watches things over and over. You should see how big my DVD collection is. 👀😁 I love the animated intro, your music, the lair, the banter between you and Orville, the other characters, the DIY, the length.. ALL of it! I'm artistic and creative too and may eventually have my own channel. You inspire me and have shown me how it's done. When I have spending money again, I'll be collecting your creations. I also look forward to seeing you perform in my area. Thank you for being YOU! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Whaaat? I've watched ALL your Gothic Homemaking shows, from start to finish... several times! Oh, and I agree with many others. It's not just the nice Gothic projects, it's your personality. The right balance between actual dedication and a sense of humor makes 30 minutes just fly by!

I don't know why people would skip the episodes. There is so much fantastic information about places to go see, possible places to shop and so on. I prefer more of a Gothic industrial look, and there have been things you've skipped that didn't match your theme, but I certainly would love to use.

Buenas noches, Señor Voltaire. Me llamo Lu, soy de México. I've been listening to your music for 3 years now, and loving it, but only a few weeks ago discover your Lair. Its amazing! And I'm having a lot of fun jumping from your recent videos, to your first videos! I was wondering if you could show us how to goth up our mouth covers. Or make them from scratch (mine makes me itchy). I do love your long episodes, but I wait until night, after my kids are sleep to play one or two. When I was at the office, I had the habit of watching a 5 to 7 minutes video while waiting for my coffee to get pressed, I totally skip longer videos at that moment. It would be a lost if you stop completely doing 20+ videos, but maybe you could mix long episodes and short capsules.

I only somehow found Aurelio Voltaire a few months ago via Pandora, starting with Goodnight, Demonslayer. At first I thought he was just an artist who made children's Halloween soundtrack CDs. Then I realized that wasn't the case at all. After a few more songs he became one of my favorite artists. Now I'm just starting to look into these other videos of his, and I'm loving every facet of this man's work. ^_^

Even though everyone is complaining (+ being real old bones about the whole thing), I really appreciate these DIY flashbacks. Sometimes I'll go looking for a mini-craft, and because I forget which video it was in, I end up binging the whole series. It's great fun, but I never get around to finishing -- or sometimes, _starting_ -- a craft. I think I understand the frustration of working on something you care about then realizing that your chosen medium doesn't mesh with it like you thought. There is/will always be a place on KZbin for longer, slower paced, more traditionally television-y content -- which I feel some commenters are overlooking in their "these days" waxing. However, DIY culture has turned away from HGTV specials and _to_ the individual chapters of the books HGTV personalities try to sell. As much as I like that, there's the downside that some creators, like yourself, are left behind. Hopefully, the unknowable algorithm Susan has forced upon us picks you up and shows you off...maybe to some people who will be as interested in your personality and re-watching each full episode as all of us. You deserve that. :)

Gothic Homemaking is my favorite show of all times. I watched all the episodes in about two or three weeks, and then I didn't know what to do with my life. I used to watch them and hear them while I was making a piñata and I believe your show gave me the inspiration I needed to finish it. It was nothing to do with a Gothic Homemaking style, but I found your videos very interesting. I will definitely keep watching it, even if it's about new crafts or flashbacks.

I loved your longer videos :'( And I kinda miss em.... But I understand it is far more work, but not more numbers.... I have to admit, you are the one who got me into taxidermy, and now my home is full with dead things xD But what was needed for it is that you had EPISODES not just quick DIY-s. I know, more people will click on these kind of video, but those people missing out the good part. And this is YOU. Everyone can read up a "how to" manual. But we are here for you and your personality. And I am kinda mad at myself, for writing there words, because I don't want you to feel bad, because you don't make longer videos, {you are an entertainer, you make a living out of these videos (especially now, that you cant give concerts because the current situation)} because I love your content, and you. Make what you feel right, and if it's that you make 10 minute videos, than so mote it be.
