Very nice. Back in the day, I was a gift wrapper for a local store. We made bows for our packages, and though they were well-received, they weren't fluffy like yours. Can't wait to make my bow for my new wreath!

You make it look so much more easier than the other videos I've seen. They all turn out looking the same, but the way they go about doing it, is so complicated for me. I was looking for something just like this to be as simple as what you just showed. Thank you so much for sharing the easy way to make one. I'm not a crafty person, though I can visualize things very well, I just can't make it like I visualize it. Thanks to you, now I think I can do this.

Thank you so much! I am not experienced with fabric bows at all, and don't sew. But I found this so easy to follow and understand. There are so many tutorials out there, but I remembered this one & looked quite a while to find it again when I was ready to make the bows. Now it's bookmarked. I did a super job with heavy black satin ribbon for a halloween decor. Now I've switched the silver tinsel garland out to a more christmas theme - very sheer red organza wired ribbon. That has given me a comeuppance, the first bows were so easy but I nearly lost my hands trying to grip to make it work with the sheer stuff. Anyway I finally managed it, had to modify technique to just winding fabric & ties at the base of it to make it hold. But I never would have had the courage to attempt the ribbons without your video! You make it seem possible & worth a try!

Yes, Jan. One sided ribbon is kind of tricky like that. But then, it may look pretty with the backside showing - depending on what it looks like. Try it both ways and see which you like best. Crafting is all about what inspires YOU.
