melting plastic over inside like that is so so so toxic! One brick is not worth ruining your health like that! I'm glad you are trying to make something useful out of waste but make clay bricks and use the plastic to bake them instead. Burning plastic is much cleaner than melting it is and also the smoke goes out the chimney, not into your home
