I followed your video precisely and sadly I don’t have ANY chutney ! Instead I’ve got a kitchen full of broken glass, cider vinegar and olive oil over the walls, floor and ceiling and I’m now hiding in my shed at the bottom of my garden because my wife is on her way home and she’s going to be really annoyed when she sees the mess she’s got to clean up in her kitchen :(

Keep it if people don’t like it then they can always watch another video. It’s a simple recipe and easy to follow. I’ve made lots of jars of chutney. other videos online are too complicated! Keep doing your thing ignore those unhappy people keep up the positive vibes!

Just finished making this and it not only is really easy to make but delicious. Got all of my green apples today from my neighbour`s tree which I was allowed to "empty" for looking after her house and vegetable garden for the 3 weeks that they are on holiday.

Hi Louise, thank you for your comment, pears will work really well, I might suggest using a vanilla pod or some rosemary in place of the thyme as the flavour pairing will be better. I hope you have a lovely evening x

i made some apple chutney and I used 1/3 less vinegar than stated in the recipe and i found the results to be very vinegary and the vinegar acidity is going up my nose. is it supposed to be that vinegary ? because if so, I dont like it.

Of course, u are so britisharognatish to put tittle - "Paul apple chutney " whitch is really not sounds so divine as the greatest imperia of all time "where sun never goes down " and similar colon - ial shits ops! :)) U ovom videu se moze lijepo vidjeti, iako ne zelim generalizirati, koliko su ti likovi umisljeni. Uzeo je azijsko jelo i proglasio ga britanskim jer je u receptu dodao nesto na sto je njegovo uzviseno britansko nebce naviklo. Svoijataju sve sta stignu uzduz i popreko ... Necuveno haha...
