Eliza, You have put me into a holiday mood, and I will be making a wreath. You express yourself well, and made the process sound simple, rather than overwhelming. Getting to see your happy hens with you made it even more special!

That's really pretty and the hotel is beautiful. I hope to be able to visit and stay there one day. Could you maybe post a video of the Woolley Grange Hotel at Christmastime with all your decorations, if it's allowed?? I imagine it to be extra beautiful and magical looking during the day and night time.

Beautiful wreath, this is my favourite wreath tutorial video. Question: is the moss the reason why your wreath lasts a few years? And if so, do you water your wreath, or let it dry out? I live in the tropics, so looks like my Christmas wreath will be made from bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, chilli peppers and bunches of red areca palm fruit. I wonder if it will last as long as your wreath. I'm also getting rid of some dying pine trees in my lawn-have no idea what species they are-but I'd like to make them into a garland using techniques similar to yours.
@kelleyspartiatis47763 жыл бұрын
I know this is an old comment but nobody answered you. She meant the wreath form will last. Not the entire wreath. I make my forms from branches and reuse them for years.

Your winter greens last a good long time after cutting them. Especially if your in a colder area they will last even longer. I have had mine last from November 30 thru January.
