My Mother used to make tomato sandwiches all the time, just like this....with tons of mayo painted all over the bread with lots of salt. I wish I had her make me more of them when I had her. I am a Yankee and I’ve tried to like Dukes, but for some reason it just taste sour to me and I don’t know what that taste is? Somebody told me that there are anchovies in Dukes? But that would not give it a better flavor that would just make it really salty and I think Hellmann’s is way more salt here? I’m gonna give it a go again though and now I’m hungry for a tomato sandwich at 12:15 midnight

@@phyllisfreeman1648 OK makes sense! I guess I just got so used to that really creamy probably super salty sugary taste! And of course, I don’t taste the sugar in it and I’m not talking about miracle whip kind of sugar I find that stuff totally gross….
