Subbed out the pretzels for Simply Nature Cranberry& Cashew Honey Granola. Why? Its gluten free. I added a little salt to it, and used the entire package 12oz, and increased the other ingredients too. Didnt bother crushing the granola. Very tasty, especially for those that need gluten free desserts.

I can’t believe you’ve never had this before! It seems to be a church potluck staple around here. But it’s never too late to try it. It’s super good and is like summertime in a baking dish. I like the addition of vanilla. Will definitely try that next time.
