Awesome Work.. i tried to craft a ducktail spoiler for my crx some years ago.. its crazy how many effort, things, space, dust, machines, protection and so on you need and create for doing just one part!

Dang thats pretty genius chopping up an original bumper and cuatomizing that way instead of trying to make an entire one from scratch. Awesome video man im gonna have to try this in the future.

Be careful with the wood u might need to cover it in epoxy or an oil based paint in order for it too last and not absorb water

I don't know much about fiberglassing, but what are the grey and pink/brown mixtures? Are they a type of bondo putty and body filler? Thanks!

I don't want to diss on your bumper, it looks really great but just a tip sponge actually really works well for shaping your bumper and makes it a lot easier but yeah like I said looks great just wanted to let you know if you are looking to try it again

With the cardboard situation, would you be able to burn the cardboard inside the fiber glass?

Not in a way that's controlled. The fiberglass would burn right along with it most likely
