How to make a Cycle into a Motorcycle?

I sniffed out a a full jugaadu build within the depths of Mumbai recently. One that went from a BMX cycle to a motorcycle in 6 months!
Meet Doctor Custom who used an 11yr old Glamour engine to convert his BMX cycle to motorcycle. His friends along the way? Homemade, handcrafted parts, extremely limited resources, a genius mind and Indian jugaad at its finest.

This trend started from far east asia where people would build these out of rusted out honda monkey or Honda supercub frame. If you google bmx cub frame, you can make one like this yourself. This build is better than a lot of those people as it has suspension in rear and front.

A guy named Sairaj from Cadell Plaza, Cadell Road, Dadar West had put a kinectic 2 stroke engine on a BMX body way back in 2006 I was in school back then. The fuel tank was a parachute coconut oil bottle 😂

You could and they would chop it down to pieces and leave it for years before you pay a bribe to approve of its 'SAFETY' according to them , or you could risk riding one on a regular basis if you have a good rappo with local police and are well recognized . Registry can cost some money in legal documents and approval aside from the bribe but it can be worth it . Pay money once rather than wait for a few years .

Tank could be with more capacity, i mean there is space at the back, no parts have been used, he can use a plastic/fiber body tank at the backside and can give a support to the rear suspension. Its just a suggestion.

45kmpl is very low milage for its weight less chase compared to glamour. Even stock glamour will get 50-55kmpl. For its weight it should get around 90-100kmpl+ milage. great job.
