Thanks man. I have the instructable ready to go and plan to call out your work when I reference Table Saws (i.e. using your model because it can take a dado blade), but I might wait until the end of May when I can add it to the "Box" contest.

I think if I make one of these, I'll countersink the holes from the underside. I think that's what's causing yours to clog the holes. Other than that, I like it.

While sanding I'll never have clumps like I tested ever falling all at once anyways so I think it will work great.
