Glad to see someone giving credit to Wray for his innovations. Hate when channels use others techniques and don't give credit where it's due.

That Helmet is 🔥! Yet another straight informative video! Your giving to many secrets out 😂!

Great video. I could see myself using the information to do something simple. A fender is light years beyond my skill set. I’ve seen woodworkers use a compass to trace shapes that are too deep for just a marker. The compass is adjustable to the thickness. Just keep it perpendicular to the piece you want copied.

Another practical and straight forward video, thanks. For the inner sections you copied, i would recommend you to use a contour gauge.

That would have worked perfectly for this fender. I need to invest in a few of those.

I just requested a membership on FB. Dang, I had no idea you had a FB page or I would have joined a long time ago; missed that somehow. Anyway, signed up, not for the helmet but for the great content.

Hi mate nice job must be difficult trying to copy a fender for the other side I’ve always admired the working in getting that right . I’ve just bought my daughter a little ford convertible I’m thinking of making some small rocker skirts for ! I’m still thinking about it at the moment but I’m sure I could apply this technique to that .thanks great vid 👍

Give it a try! I have used this method and it works extremely well! I'll be showing how to use these patterns in real time in videos to come. Wray Shelin has great in depth videos on this subject and he explains it much better than I do. Check out his videos as well! Thanks for watching!

By any chance, is your business or place of employment located in New Mexico? The reason I ask is because of that logo I see on your hoodies and t-shirts.
@BeAMetalFabricator Жыл бұрын
Yes actually it is, my business is in Albuquerque.

@@BeAMetalFabricator That logo is somewhat similar to the emblem in the middle of the New Mexico State flag, correct?
@BeAMetalFabricator11 ай бұрын
Somewhat yeah except it has a Spartan helmet on the middle
