Flour will attract insects and other hungry things but what a great demonstration. Thanks for the video.

Haha I haven't noticed insects munching on the flower but any powder to take off the sticky of the tape will work just fine. Thank you for watching!

This is very helpful to watch how Wray’s lessons are incorporated by a very talented student. Thanks for taking us along. 👍👍😎👍👍

tig welds are malleable for planishing much more than mig welds. also the mig welds are better for spotwelds and quicker for welding the brace back together

Doesn’t it bring a smile to your face when all of your reference marks and the contour come out? You are a panel beater when you can do this! What gauge of material is it your working with? My congratulations to you!

If you dont mind me asking , why didn't you attempt to make that fender in one piece?
@BeAMetalFabricator10 ай бұрын
Well I probably could but this is not an easy fender to build as in pieces and that would make it a lot harder to build being that this fender is probably around 4ft long, I would end up getting a lot of bite marks from my English wheel dies, also my English wheel is not very big. Are you a metal shaper?
@jasonfikes951410 ай бұрын
@BeAMetalFabricator I didn't realize it was around 4 foot. That would definitely be a lot to handle at one time.

This video would have been a lot better if there wasn't a loud compressor running or whatever was making that noise!
@BeAMetalFabricator10 ай бұрын
I agree, It's my oil burning heater, it's loud and right by my work area. But it gets cold in my cinder block shop man 🤷🏻♂️

@@BeAMetalFabricator I was a mechanic when I was young and they had an oil burner furnace. It did the job but the boss made me clean the windows once a week cause the oil burner furnace made all the windows cloud up. We were breathing all that crap. me and my four brothers are all car freaks from the 60s and Early 70s. I really enjoy your videos. Wish I could spend my days building custom cars and pickups from the 60s and Early 70s
