Hi! Your work is magnificent. I want to ask you some things. Do you make your own fondant or you buy it? I want to make my son's first birthday cake and i worry about the cracks tha my homemade fondant does. I see that yours is shiny and smooth like plasteline. Is the tylose powder that makes it like that or the fondant itself? Furthermore if i finish the cake the day before can i put it in the fridge without a paper box? thank you very much

Hi Maria. I'm probably too late with my reply but I don't make my own fondant. I use Carma Massa brand.
