Boss lady does it means that without folding 8 inches inside, one can't get d wideness of ds skirt. I av not cut mine this way b4. This one looks some how stressed. I.e d folded portion is what am really confused, bcos I can simply fold it d normal way n achieve same. All d best thks for more ideas.
